Hello, thanks for visiting.
Bjornslippy aka Bornslippy 5 is a J/80 based out of Port
Hamble on the Solent.
This year will see a full-on J/80 campaign, starting with
the Spring Series at Warsash Sailing Club, the Royal Southern Summer series, the
Nationals at The Royal Southern, the Round the Island race, the Worlds
in Santander (Spain) and
the Hamble River Sailing Club Winter series. Potentially also a bit of
Cowes week and the J Cup in Plymouth in August if we have any energy
left in August.
If you are an experienced sports boat / asymmetric dinghy sailor
and are keen to come and sail with us, please drop me a line. I am
specifically looking for people who have successfully raced asym
dinghies and SB3/J80.
I am keen for us to have a consistent and committed crew
as from mid-Spring Series, so sufficient holiday to attend the Nationals
and the Worlds will give you priority.

the old boat...
